Multi-leaf dampers (JL)

Airtight

  • Airtight according to DIN EN 1751 Class 2, Class 4
  • Maintenance-free
  • Linkage or gear versions available
  • Flow resistant and minimum noise
  • High-strength corrosion-resistant components
  • Available in galvanised steel, aluminium or stainless steel material 1.4301 (V2A) or alternatively 1.4571 (V4A)
  • Optionally, powder-coated, colour according to RAL
  • Optionally, explosion-proof model available (according to ATEX Directive)
  • Various special versions on request

Version: The range includes the airtight version “JL” according to DIN 1946, Part 4, and DIN EN 1751, CALSS 4, as well as Class 2 (inspection certificates available for all EN 1751 classes).

Dimensions: The width (a) is between 200 and 2000 mm and the height (b) is between 200 and 2000 mm; intermediate sizes are available in steps of 1 mm; intermediate sizes are calculated at the price of the largest dimension. All height and width dimensions available

Frame: Made from galvanised sheet steel, available in different flange profiles, ensuring universal installation. Any flange profile can be manufactured on request. If no flange profile is specified, C 38 will automatically be manufactured.

Blades: Made from galvanised sheet steel, designed as torsion-proof hollow profiles in two block widths of 100 mm or 165 mm.

Bearings: Made from polyamide, both versions are maintenance-free and airtight, for higher temperatures, PTFE and brass bearings are available. Ball bearings for higher pressure available on request.

Blade coupling system: With aluminium gears and sealing rings on one side.

Adjustment options: Manual and motor adjustment is optimally solved for all application needs

Axle extensions: The axle extension, consisting of a female coupling, an extension axle and grooved pins, must allow an aligned mounting of the servomotor. In addition, we recommend the use of an intermediate bearing when employing axle extensions, in order to avoid distortion of the drive axle.

Accessories: Fastening devices are supplied as standard for mounting all commercially available actuators.

Combination: Standard combination with the weather resistant louver, Ref. No. 260 and 261 is possible.
